Carte Blanche Festival 2024

The Moods Carte Blanche evenings are perfect for those who want to discover something new and enjoy the unexpected.

Every year, the Moods Musicians' Council awards several Swiss musicians a Carte Blanche. With a budget of CHF 11,000, the artists can freely design several projects, be it to organize concert evenings, create sound installations or let off steam in new line-ups and at other concert venues. Dani Schenker, Tamriko Kordzaia, Anna Frey, Rafael Schilt, Linda Vogel and Domi Chansorn each received such a Carte Blanche in 2023 and used it to create many unforgettable evenings.

Because it was so nice, we're celebrating the end of their Carte Blanche run with a small festival. The 2023/2024 Moods concert season may be coming to an end, but we're going out with a bang!With Linda and Lukas Vogel, Anna & Stoffner with Membrez and Mantel and the super drum trio of Domi Chansorn, Arthur Hnatek and Mario Hänni, there will be a reprise of highlights from the past year. But new paths will also be trodden with “Midlife” by Rafael Schilt and François Lana and a fresh jazz combination by Dani Schenker with Theo Kapilidis, Patrick Sommer and Pius Baschnagel.If you don't want to miss any of the concerts, it's best to get the festival pass for CHF 49, which allows you to attend all three concert evenings.
