Sina's concert tips in September and October
We are all secretly hoping for a long summer that will allow us to really feel the sun cream between our fingers once again. But the time will come, in September or October, when autumn remembers that it's about to turn autumnal and the fiery red summer sun becomes warm and yielding. And it warms my heart too, even now, when I think about the start of our season. What awaits us: lots and lots of good music, little tables with tea lights and chairs that are much sought-after by our guests and can finally show off their pink leg splendour again. Here are my tips as an amuse bouche for everyone:
For all little explorers, puddle explorers and, above all, those curious about music who would rather run than walk (because then you're faster): Our family concert series starts with Musique en Route. For all grown-ups, the concert is also available in an adult version on the same evening.
22.09. - 27.09. ZKB Jazzpreis Festival
The new generation presents itself - and how! 6 voices from the Swiss jazz scene will be performing at Moods, two per evening - it's going to be fantastic. On 26 September there will also be a masterclass with jury member Mira Lu Kovacs. The singer will talk about her personal approach to songwriting and enter into an open dialogue with visitors. 06.10. Chris Wiesendanger Large Ensemble
Chris Wiesendanger has summoned the Large Ensemble. This formation: a premiere. The stage will not only be full, it will also fill us up. With differentiated, reflective music that resonates in our hearts. I can already tell you that this new project by Chris will be a profound experience. I will be there. Chris Wiesendanger's artistic practice also includes a linguistic exploration of the themes that occupy him musically. For anyone who would like to get in the mood, I recommend this podcast.
11.10. Ebi Soda
Then Ebi Soda lures you into Moods. Ebi Soda will enchant Zurich with their sound and certainly also with their charm, as I already realised in the pre-production.
26.10. Dele Sosimi
I don't need to say much more. It's clear: Moods will be catapulted into the stratosphere with Dele Sosimi's concert.
