Adrian's concert tips in December (duplicate)

And then it's here – the new year. I wonder what it will bring? Who knows... If you still have the New Year's Eve groove in your feet, you can take it with you into January. I've decided to dance and float more again – I'll find out whether I succeed at these concerts in January. Maybe you'd like to join in?

Friday, 3. January: Los Dos Engros
«The swamp is big, wet, unconquerable and completely without end.» Without question a MUST SEE – my personal highlight. Great cinema from our local heroes: Han Sue Lee Tischhauser and his troupe get the room dancing and if you've fallen into the January hole, they'll bring you back to the surface in no time. Happy New Year!

Monday, 06. January: Schrödingers Katze – Album Release «Unscharf»

I have often listened to Schrödinger's Cat. The spherical sounds and repetitive rhythms of Simon Althaus and Manuel Pasquellini make me float. Live, the whole thing will certainly gain even more depth and intensity. Experience it with me – on the dance floor, of course.

Sunday, 12. January: Moes Anthill – Album Release «Easy Win»

Simply beautiful. Singer and songwriter Mario Moe Schelbert and his fellow musicians create a unique mix of warm alternative folk sounds. Like a road trip in the evening sun through a somewhat sleepy, overgrown landscape – that's how the songs of the four-piece band feel, having arrived at the source of their inspiration.

Tuesday, 14. January: Fish’n’Ships

«Whose pride was fed by their extinction shall brace themselves for aquatic revenge, leaving fresh water exploiters with a fresh aftertaste.» This provocative, profound sentence is spoken at the beginning of the Fish'n'Ships video «Amanto» by a mysterious, serious voice from off-screen, and as I love poetic, mysterious and dramatic paraphrases, this has already convinced me that the band is a «must see». The music puts me in a thoughtful, serious and at the same time hopeful mood that «the world can still be saved». The video ends with the same voice saying: «Congratulations - you watched the complete music video crafted with 100% extinct fish for the song Amanto by the band Fish'n'Ships. Love Mola Clay» I just love it and can't wait to see the band here.

Friday, 17. January: LINA_

LINA_'s music is emotional power and intimacy in one. In a unique blend of poetry, world-weariness and musical innovation, she takes traditional fado into a new dimension. The spherical melodies invite the listener on a journey into the depths of the human soul – what can be found there?

Thursday, 23. January: SHOLTO

The music of drummer, producer and composer Oscar SHOLTO from London transports me to a soundscape that evokes a floating, drifting state while always maintaining a certain tension and drama. His album The Changing Tides Of Dreams combines jazz, classical and psychedelic music to create a dreamy journey and lets me play the leading role in my film.

Saturday, 28. January: Stefan Aeby Trio
It takes me three seconds to know whether I like a band. When I heard «Song» by the Stefan Aeby Trio, I knew: Yes – the music is great & I want to see them live. Jazzy, beautiful, spheric, dreamy, groovy – music that moves you and encourages you to dance with yourself.
