The Other Concert clearly stands out from the traditional classical concert program. For three days, young musicians will work on works that combine classical concert music, opera, jazz and improvisation, film, theater, action art, history, literature, language and, above all, modern technology in a workshop organized by the Loc.Artium association. The orchestra is composed of young, talented prize winners of the SJMW and other European youth music competitions. During the workshop, they will be supported in particular by the initiator of the concert, the renowned Swiss composer, saxophonist and flutist Daniel Schnyder, as well as by graphic designer Arndt Watzlawik, music engineer Lasse Nipkow and singer Sophie Dunér, who, among others, has also worked intensively with Stockhausen.
